Last week, 2 bootstrapped and 1 VC-backed AI startups hit new ARR milestones that attracted me.

Seats.aero ARR Hits $8M

  • Seats.aero is a bootstrapped startup revolutionizing award travel search, it offers a comprehensive solution for travelers aiming to maximize their loyalty rewards. The platform aggregates award availability across 19 airline frequent flyer programs, including major alliances like Star Alliance, Oneworld, and SkyTeam.

  • Users can explore flight options, set up alerts for award seat availability, and utilize advanced filters to tailor their search. Pro subscribers benefit from features such as live award search results, extended search windows up to a year in advance, SMS alerts, and access to a private Discord community for travel discussions and deal alerts.

  • It has achieved a significant milestone by reaching $8 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and attracting 500,000 Monthly Active Users (MAUs). Notably, the founder has operated the company solo, highlighting the scalability and demand for the service.

Senja hit $65k MRR

  • Senja is a platform designed to help businesses collect, manage, and share customer testimonials. It simplifies the process of gathering both video and text testimonials from various sources, including over 30 platforms like Shopify, G2, and Yelp, as well as via CSV uploads. Senja also offers customizable forms for easy testimonial collection.

  • The core functionality of Senja revolves around managing and analyzing testimonials. It allows users to tag, sort, and filter testimonials by customer type, product, or sentiment. Senja's smart sentiment analysis helps identify the most praised aspects of products or features. Key features include auto-transcription of video testimonials, advanced search capabilities, and options for HD video downloads and CSV exports.

  • As of April 2025, Senja has achieved $65,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), reflecting steady growth and adoption among its user base.

Genspark Agent hit $10M ARR in 9 days

2025 is shaping up to be the breakout year for AI Agents. The buzz around Manus has supercharged industry momentum, and according to Kyle Jeong, the demand is nothing short of explosive. Manus reportedly still has over 3 million users on its waitlist as of the end of March.

Why the wait? The main bottleneck now is GPUs, there aren't enough of them to support these agents, which cost an average of 1000x more tokens than a chatbot).

If Manus let all 3M people off of the waitlist, all of Anthropic's servers might burn to the ground.

Instead of daily active users (DAU), Manus now uses a new metric to measure success: Agentic Usage Per Hour, a nod to the shift from passive engagement to continuous agent-driven task execution.

Meanwhile, another major player from China has entered the stage. Genspark, founded by former Baidu executives and closed a $100M fundraising last month, launched its Super Agent days ago—and it’s already turning heads.

CEO Eric Jing announced that the Super Agent hit a $10 million annual recurring revenue (ARR) milestone within its first nine days.

This isn’t just a feature drop—it’s a full pivot. Genspark shut down its original AI search engine product like Perplexity, which had 5 million users, to focus entirely on Super Agent. The homepage now reflects this change, replacing the traditional search bar with a full-blown agent interface.

The transition signifies more than a rebrand—it’s a full philosophical shift, bringing Genspark closer in ambition and capability to Manus.

What makes Genspark’s Super Agent different? Why pivot from AI Search to Agent?
