Lovable ARR hit $75M in 7 months, the trend goes to enterprise and mobile
Solo base44 sold for $80M
My last piece is about AI coding, while 4 hit $100M ARR, 3 surpass $50M ARR.
Yesterday, Anton Osika(CEO of Lovable) said it reached $75M ARR in 7 months since launch!
At the same time, Bloomberg said Lovable is in Talks for a $1.5 Billion Valuation, aiming for at least $100M, possibly led by Accel.
It has around 130,000 paying users, with enterprise accounts contributing 20% of revenue.
Now we’ve seen a vibe coding founded by a solo founder, with a team of fewer than 10 people, that got acquired for $80 million just six months after launching.
Wix officially announced that it has acquired the AI coding product Base44, marking its formal entry into the Vibe Coding space. The acquisition was $80 million in cash, with additional performance-based earn-outs until 2029.
Base44 was launched just six months ago, with a single founder and eight employees, no external funding, and is currently profitable with $189,000 in earnings. If the team chooses to stay, they’ll receive a total bonus of $25 million.
It now has 250,000 users and was founded by 31-year-old programmer and serial entrepreneur Maor Shlomo. Initially, it was just a side project for him.
Unlike other products like Bolt or Lovable, Base44 is even simpler. It integrates the entire tech stack (see image below), allowing users to build and deploy everything through conversation alone, with no need for manual configuration. That includes database setup, OpenAI API integration, email, auth, analytics, etc.
It’s a product truly designed for non-technical users. For those who are technical, these setups might seem easy, but for beginners, it can take considerable time to learn and configure properly.
This is the trend I’m personally more optimistic about. For example, I recently used Lovable to build a product, and setting up Google login took quite a bit of time. A small mistake could break the whole setup. It was the same with integrating OpenAI’s API—it took hours.
Now, products like Bolt and Lovable are also evolving in this direction, gradually pre-integrating services like Stripe payments and Supabase. Because Base44 is simpler and designed for general users, it hit 10,000 users just three weeks after launch. I’ve seen many small team founders mention that Base44 is now an essential tool in their internal AI toolkits.
According to Shlomo, half of Base44’s users are from the U.S., and a quarter from Israel.
